Meet John Sheppard—our very own Bob Ross of the epoxy world, minus the perm but with just as much creativity. As our founding partner, John’s journey into the world of coatings started with a paintbrush in one hand and a vision in the other. His love for abstract art began early, but in high school, he took things up a notch—trading traditional canvases for walls, floors, and just about anything he could paint. Summers were spent as a house painter, and after a decade of perfecting his craft in residential, commercial, and industrial painting, he took a bold leap in 2013 into the then-unknown world of epoxy flooring.

What started as a business venture quickly became a way for John to merge his passion for creativity with functionality—transforming ordinary floors into stunning, one-of-a-kind works of art. When he’s not on-site or in the studio, you’ll find him with his family, fully embracing his role as a devoted husband and father of three. Whether he’s traveling, cooking up a storm, or exploring the great outdoors, John brings the same energy and enthusiasm to life as he does to his craft—turning every surface (or adventure) into a masterpiece.

Don took the role CEO and Partner at Infinite Designs bringing over 25 years of business experience, built on a strong foundation of customer satisfaction and business development. Throughout his career, Don has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results, driven by his core values of professionalism, ethics and hard work. His approach to business is focused on fostering lasting relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of excellence.

In addition to his business acumen, Don has a strong philanthropic background. He is passionate about giving back to his community and dedicates time to various charitable causes, believing that helping others is key to a fulfilling life.
